What Makes Our Trout Special

Our rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) are raised in cold, oxygen-rich spring water that flows naturally through our farm.

This pristine environment produces healthy, vibrant fish with firm flesh and excellent flavor.

We monitor water quality daily and maintain optimal feeding programs to ensure every fish reaches its full potential.
